Every journey begins with a single step. Join Healthy Strides, the Vaughan Mills walking club. It’s free, for all ages, and features fitness classes and health workshops. Plus, you can earn exciting rewards.
Walk More, be happy:
Release endorphins, the body's natural pain killers;
Reduce stress, depression and anxiety;
Burn 180 to 250 calories with just ½ hour of vigorous walking.
Join certified trainers for fun and active total body workouts. Classes range from Yoga to Zumba to the new fitness craze - Drum Fit!

Each time you walk at Vaughan Mills during walking club hours, simply log your laps in the members’ binder. The laps you log will be tracked by our Guest Services team to earn you exciting rewards, distributed at the semi-annual Healthy Strides achievement celebration.
300 LAPS = an eco-chic water bottle
500 LAPS = a cozy zip-up sweater
1000 LAPS = performance walking shoes
