How does the Vaughan Mills Style Points Reward work?

Style Points offers customers the chance to redeem exclusive offers and incentives from participating retailers across three tiers; Bronze, Silver and Gold. Members will start on the Bronze tier and can move up by collecting points. To collect points, simply present the barcode on the Vaughan Mills mobile app or show the Style Points VIP Rewards card at participating stores and restaurants when you make a purchase.

How do I earn points?

Customers can earn points by shopping at participating retailers. For every dollar ($1) spent at participating stores equals to one point.TiersPointsTiersPoints

Can I view offers on other tiers?

Members can only view offers from your current tier on the Vaughan Mills mobile app. Promotions for the next tier will be shaded and locked. For card users, all offers will be listed on the website:

Do the offers on each tier update regularly?

We want to ensure our shoppers have a great experience every time and the offers provided from participating retailers will change regularly throughout the year. 

Can I still access offers from other tiers once I have reached a higher tier?


How do I check the balance of my points?

Checking your points balance is easy – you can view this in your profile in the app 

What would happen to my points if I switched from using a physical card to the Vaughan Mills mobile app?

If you already have a card and are switching to the mobile app, your points will automatically transfer from your card to the mobile app during the registration process. This is done using the unique user number on the back of your card.

How will I know when I have moved up a tier?

Members who are using the Vaughan Mills mobile app will have access to all the information in the app and an email will be sent when you’ve unlocked the next tier. Card users must register your card to receive email updates. 

Can anyone join the loyalty program?

Style Points loyalty program is available to legal residents of Ontario aged 19 and over. 

What do you do with my data?

When you register for the Program, Ivanhoe Cambridge will collect personal information, including your name, e-mail address and (optionally) your birthday. We use this information, in conjunction with authorized representatives and third-party service providers, to administer your participation in the Program. Through your participation in the Program, Ivanhoe Cambridge and Participating Retailers may gather information about the purchasing behaviour of its members which will be used to improve the ways in which we serve the members and other customers. Additionally, when registering, you will be given the option to opt-in to receive promotional emails from Ivanhoe Cambridge (you can unsubscribe at any time). How do I replace a lost or stolen card?

If you’ve lost your Style Points, please to Guest Services or any participating stores. Make sure you provide the same email used for registration, then you will get a new replacement card. Vaughan Mills is not responsible for any lost or stolen points.

What if I switch to a new smartphone or lose it?

The Vaughan Mills mobile app can be simply transferred over to your new device/ the same way other apps will change over. Members should then log-in to access their user information on their mobile device.

If I forgot to show my phone/card at checkout, can I still earn the points?

Yes. Points can be collected after the purchase has been made. Present your receipt at the current participating store you made your purchase or bring your receipt to Guest Services and your points will be added. 

I am no longer receiving e-mails from Vaughan Mills?

We would encourage you to add the email address to the safe senders list:
[email protected] to ensure it doesn’t get blocked from your account. If you have difficulty receiving emails, contact the Guest Service team on 905-879-2110, who will check your details.

Do my points expire?

No, Points do not expire while the pilot program is in operation.

How to Register

To start collecting Style Points please register using the Vaughan Mills app or you can create an account in person at Vaughan Guest Service or any participating store.
We will then send you a confirmation email to let you know that registration has been successful. Please add [email protected] to your ‘Safe Senders’ list so we can keep you updated with all our fantastic rewards and offers.

When does the pilot program end?

The pilot program will be ending on April 23, 2018.
