The primary focus of a Smart Support Specialist would be to ensure the effective day-to-day operations of LAUFT and the onboarding and support of LAUFT users.
Smart Support Specialist's primary responsibilities:
Educate new & potential users on the benefits of flexible remote working.
Onboard new users and deliver an excellent experience through support and
relationship building to achieve user retention.
Manage the general day-to-day operations of the LAUFT workspace
(ex. opening and/or closing).
Assist and support LAUFT users as required.
Coordinate booking and reservation requests.
Field on-site inquiries about LAUFT and address requests through the
Collect and record data.
Ensure that the LAUFT workspace maintains a professional, tidy appearance.
Contribute to the development and execution of acquisition strategies
through insight garnered from on-site experience.
Smart Support Specialists have:
Excellent communication skills
Great problem solving skills
Basic technical competency with printers, computers, G Suite, etc.
Part-time with potential for full-time

- Tuesday 11:00am - 7:00pm
- Wednesday 11:00am - 7:00pm
- Thursday 11:00am - 7:00pm
- Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm
- Saturday 11:00am - 7:00pm
- Sunday 11:00am - 6:00pm
