Sales Associate

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Part-Time Sales Associate who loves style, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving results.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a fun, welcoming, and on-brand experience for every customer
• Drive sales by achieving KPIs including Conversion, ATV, and Accessories/Handbag attachment
• Share product knowledge and confidently recommend footwear, handbags, and add-ons
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always guest-ready
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support stock replenishment, organization, and loss prevention
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed daily and weekly goals

• Passion for fashion, trends, and styling
• Results-driven mindset with a competitive edge
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Retail or customer service experience is an asset
