Our first-rate security team is onsite 24 hours a day, providing: Exterior Mobile Patrol, Customer Vehicle Assistance, Crime Prevention and Intervention, and Emergency Medical Assistance. Order at Amazon and pick up orders at the Amazon Lockers located by Bass Pro Shops. Easy to use, convenient and secure, with no additional cost to use. Deliveries and returns made easy!

There are three ATMs in the centre:

• Entrance 2 (Near Urban Behavior)
• Entrance 3 (Near Winners and HomeSense)
• Entrance 5 (Near H&M)

Tourists can exchange their currency into Canadian dollars at Calforex, located near Bass Pro Shops.

A first aid kit is available at the Guest Services kiosk .

For the convenience of our customers, we are pleased to offer lockers at six entrances, for a nominal, per-use fee. These lockers are ideal for customers and tourists who wish to store their small to medium baggage while they enjoy their stay at Vaughan Mills. Lockers are not available at entry 4A.

Lost or found an item during your visit? Be sure to call 905-879-2111.

Found items are transferred to the Security Office where they are kept for a minimum period of 30 days. Unclaimed items are donated wherever possible to suitable charitable partners.

Pay telephones are located at all six major entrances and within each of the Neighbourhoods.

Wifi is available in the entire common area of Vaughan Mills.
