Allow our trained service professionals to help you get the most out of your visit. Simply stop by our Guest Services kiosk, conveniently located near H&M between Neighbourhoods 4 and 5 or our Guest Info Kiosk located at Entry 6.
A first aid kit is available at the kiosk for our guests.
A TTY unit is available for our guests with impaired hearing.
Pay telephones are located at all six major entrances and within each of the Neighbourhoods.
Lost or found an item during your visit? Be sure to call 905-879-2139.
Found items are transferred to the Security Office where they are kept for a minimum period of 30 days. Unclaimed items are donated wherever possible to suitable charitable partners.
Complimentary wheelchairs and motorized scooters are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Photo Identification and valid credit card are required. Please note that scooters with a battery life of two green bars or less will not be rented out within two hours of the mall closing.
For the convenience of our customers, we are pleased to offer lockers at six entrances, for a nominal, per-use fee. These lockers are ideal for customers and tourists who wish to store their small to medium baggage while they enjoy their stay at Vaughan Mills. Lockers are not available at entry 4A.
Wifi is available in the entire common area of Vaughan Mills.
There are five ATMs in the centre – one in each of the Neighbourhoods:
