• Engage and connect with customers to understand their unique culinary needs and preferences.
• Showcase Zwilling Canada’s diverse range of culinary products with in-depth knowledge and passion.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations, allowing customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through live cooking demonstrations, captivating customers’ interest.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of Zwilling Canada.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to create an inviting and inspiring shopping environment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
• Supporting Factory Direct Sales outside of the store environment

Qualifications:

• Passion for culinary arts and an understanding of various cooking techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with customers.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a culinary or kitchenware setting.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is an asset.
